Background Story:- Her beginning was void, blank, emptiness. She was orphaned since she first opened her eyes, but she was different. She fed on blood milk and blood. She was found on the steps of the Corvinus DarkGuardian Voltturi mansion doorsteps.
She should have been dealt with there and then, so to speak; she was not one of them, an outsider most definitely, but also a Dhampir. Half mortal and half immortal. A daywalker, but a child one, she was born, not turned.
But one of the elders here, known to all as Marcus Corvinus DarkGuardian Voltturi, took pity on her, took her under his wing and adopted her as one of his own.
From that day forth, she grew and adapted to both her gifts and her fighting skills, to which she was placed under the guardianship of both Lourdes and Selene to train in both weaponry skills and her vampyr talents, to control her anger and feelings and all else important.
Her temperament was always a challenge because of the ongoing battle she had between her human and vampyr sides. But one person she grew closer to, bonded with, he and he alone calmed her mind, her soul (if she has one), and her rage. He was Kraven Corvinus.
They fought for years for their relationship, starting in secret until it bore too much strain, Marcus gave them his blessing.
Her wedding day was Christmas Eve at midnight, ready for Christmas Day, but it was not meant to be.
After 15 minutes, after saying I DO and finally becoming each other’s equals and anchors, in the gardens dancing together, Lycans' breached the mansion and before her very eyes, Kraven was torn apart.
What was once a white wedding dress and vast white thick snow was now coated in the rich, scented blood from Kraven's lifeless corpse.
This is what turned Zara cold and turned the last piece to her humanity side.
